Why do I need prepaid timecodes?

A timecode is a code that a customer enters at a workstation to get access to the computer in the prepaid mode. Each code is associated with a certain account that contains information about the number of prepaid hours and minutes that the code has. A customer can finish the session and then continue using the prepaid time some other day.

How does it work?

Timecodes are created either using the button 'Prepaid' in the main server's window or in the timecodes manager window shown below.
You can adjust the sorting criteria by clicking on the table's headers.

Note: in order to export the timecodes, first you need to select the ones you want to export.

Pricing

When generating timecodes:

If you choose 'Flat rate' pricing, you will be asked to specify the time value, number of days the timecodes will be valid after the first usage, and the PC group where the codes will work.

In case of the second pricing option, you will simply need to choose one of the pre-created timecode schemes.
