How do I specify rates?

Press the 'Pricing policy...' button in the Control Panel to open this window.

There are two pricing modes: scheduled and block pricing. You can choose either one of them for a particular PC group.
In this window you can click on the boxes with prices per hour or named time packages and then drag them or change their size. To create, delete or modify them you need to make a right-click on one of them. You can also double-click on the headers like 'Scheduled pricing - Workdays' to create a new element.

GCM Server differs computers by their PC group. Each PC group has its own price settings.
From the drop-down menu in the upper left-hand corner you can select a PC group for which you want to specify the rates. In order to create a new one, you need to select '<empty>' and then rename it.

'copy to' is used to copy settings from the selected PC group to another one.
'copy from' copies settings from another PC group to the selected one.
Block pricing
You specify full costs of time intervals (e.g. 1 hour) and the length of time blocks. A time interval will be divided by the length of time blocks and the price of a session will be changing depending on it. It means that if the length is 15 minutes, for the first 15 minutes a customer will be charged price per hour (within an interval, depending on its cost)/4. For 16-30 minutes, price per hour/4 x 2 and so on.
Other settings
As a currency sign you can use any symbol and/or letters you want before or after a number.

On the 'Prepaid accounts' tab, you can specify the discounts for prepaid account users. These discounts are applied only when you make deposits in the main server's window using the 'Prepaid accounts and timecodes' button. They are not applied when you deposit money in the 'Prepaid accounts' window.

'Limit a prepaid account simultaneous usage' restricts the usage of one prepaid account by a certain number of different users.
