Why do I need prepaid accounts?

After studying some cases of our clients we have come to the
conclusion that the less a customer deals with money, the more he or she spends
them. For this purpose our software has the ability to work with prepaid
accounts. You simply create a certain number of accounts with certain amounts, then print them out and
sell to customers. They can use their accounts until the money runs out.
After that it is possible to make a deposit or just buy a new account.
Or you can create accounts one by one at customers' requests and deposit
on them the amount of money that customers desire.

How does it work?

The following picture
displays the window that can be opened from the Control Panel and is
designed to manage the prepaid accounts database.

Using the radio buttons you can choose the sorting criteria you want.
Only selected accounts are exported using the "Export"
button. You can select the accounts the same way as in the main server's
table using Ctrl + left-click and Shift + left-click as well as the
right-click.
A prepaid account is moved to the "sold" category when it is used on
a station for the first time.
You can also create accounts and deposit money on them in the main
server's window using the "Prepaid accounts and timecodes" button. There you
can create them only one by one. When you deposit money there, prepaid accounts discounts are applied. They are not applied
when you deposit money in the window shown above. In order to specify
these discounts use the Pricing policy
window.
